YSTAD ist ein stilvolles und funktionelles Regal, das in Dänemark mit großer Sorgfalt handgefertigt wurde. Das Regal ist aus massivem, unbehandeltem Messing gefertigt, was für einen warmen, lebendigen Ausdruck sorgt und ein Material ist, das sich mit der Zeit wunderbar entwickelt. Eine exklusive Ergänzung für Wohnzimmer, Eingangsbereich und Badezimmer, die im Laufe der Jahre eine Patina erhält und Teil der Geschichte des Hauses wird.
Die schlichte Form des Regals lässt das Material zum herausragenden Element werden. Die versenkten Löcher verleihen ihm ein klares und minimalistisches Aussehen, das zum Rest des Acier Studio-Universums passt. Dübel und Schrauben aus 100 % Messing sind im Lieferumfang enthalten.
YSTAD ist unbehandeltes Messing – das bedeutet, dass das Regal nicht lackiert oder versiegelt ist, sondern in seiner reinen, natürlichen Form erscheint. Es ist eine bewusste Entscheidung, denn Messing ist ein lebendiges Material, das mit der Zeit seinen Charakter verändert und mit jedem Tag, an dem es verwendet wird, schöner wird.
Alle Produkte werden von Hand gefertigt und einer sorgfältigen Qualitätskontrolle unterzogen, bevor sie die Werkstatt in der Nähe von Aarhus verlassen.

Über Messing und Patina
Messing entwickelt mit der Zeit eine natürliche Patina. Die Oberfläche kann je nach Luft, Feuchtigkeit und Berührung den Farbton verändern – von golden und glänzend bis hin zu tieferen, wärmeren und nuancierteren Tönen. Es kann zu geringfügigen Farbabweichungen, schwarzen Punkten oder leichten Kratzern durch Handarbeit kommen. WHY BRASS?

Character: Brass develops a natural patina over time – subtle shifts in tone, small marks from daily use, a gradual deepening from bright gold to richer, warmer hues. This is not a flaw but the material's defining quality, a mark of authenticity that cannot be manufactured.
Craftsmanship: Brass rewards handling and care. It is a softer, more organic material than stainless steel, shaped and finished by hand rather than mass-produced. A quality that harder, more uniform metals cannot replicate.
Our pieces are designed, handcrafted, and warehoused in our local workshop in Aarhus, Denmark.
